Albufeira Transfer provides private transportation services throughout the Algarve region and beyond. Our services include:

• Airport transfers
• Hotel and accommodation transfers
• Tourist destination transfers
• Custom transfer routes

Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance
• Confirmation will be sent via email with booking reference
• Payment is required to secure your booking

Payment Terms

• Payment can be made online via credit card or PayPal
• Cash payments are accepted with prior arrangement
• Prices are fixed and include all taxes
• No hidden fees or surcharges

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before pickup time
• Late cancellation: 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours
• No-show: Full charge applies
• Cancellations due to flight delays or weather conditions are handled case-by-case

Service Conditions

Pickup and Timing

• Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes for hotel pickups
• Airport pickups include 60 minutes waiting time
• Flight monitoring is provided for airport transfers
• Please be ready at the designated pickup time

Vehicle and Capacity

• Mercedes Vito: Up to 8 passengers with luggage
• Mercedes Viano: Up to 8 passengers with extra luggage space
• All vehicles are air-conditioned and regularly maintained
• Child seats available upon request

Liability and Insurance

• All vehicles are fully insured and licensed
• Drivers are professionally licensed and experienced
• We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage
• Liability is limited to the value of the transfer service

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be ready at the designated pickup time
• Inform us of any special requirements in advance
• Respect the vehicle and driver
• Follow Portuguese traffic and safety regulations

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Traffic accidents or road closures
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in Portuguese courts with jurisdiction in Albufeira.
