- Travel info — pickup & dropoff locations, dates, times, flight number
- Payment data — processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we never store card details on our servers
- Communication records — for customer service and dispute resolution
How we use it
- Deliver the transfer service and manage your booking
- Confirm pickup details by email and WhatsApp
- Process payment and issue invoices when required
- Improve our service quality and operations
- Comply with Portuguese tax and tourism-transport regulations
Data protection
Your data is:
- Stored on EU-based servers with industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest)
- Accessible only to authorized operations staff and drivers handling your specific ride
- Never sold or shared with third parties for marketing
- Retained only as long as legally required for fiscal records (10 years for invoices in Portugal)

You can at any time:
- Request a copy of all data we hold on you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
